In this role, you will work under limited supervision to exercise sound judgment within policy frameworks. Your responsibilities will include:
Travel & Coordination: Managing and coordinating end-to-end travel arrangements for the Queensland Division, including remote travel logistics.
Administrative Support: Providing high-level administrative, project, and research support for the Leadership Team and State Manager's office.
Workflow Management: Monitoring and actioning email correspondence, as well as assigning and resolving internal work items within strict service standards.
System Maintenance: Maintaining updated organisational charts, distribution lists, templates, and comprehensive records management.
Process Improvement: Anticipating operational challenges, identifying opportunities for greater workplace efficiency, and actively supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders while supporting frontline Service Delivery staff to deliver exemplary customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Operational & Policy Knowledge: An understanding of operational processes with the ability to contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Analytical Skills: The ability to analyse data and reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for service delivery improvement.
