What you’ll be doing
This role is never "rinse and repeat." You will act as a vital bridge between our policies and our people. Your day-to-day will include:
- The Detective Work: Investigating acquitted transactions and flagged card activity to ensure everything is in its right place.
- The Problem Solver: Managing the lifecycle of corporate cards—handling disputes, limit changes, and cancellations.
- The Systems Expert: Utilising platforms like SAP, ServiceNow, and ExpenseMe Pro to validate work and pull meaningful reports.
- The Guide: Answering queries via phone and email, helping colleagues understand policies, and applying your judgement to daily decision-making.

You don’t need a degree in Finance. We are looking for a "super-user" personality:
- Tech-Savy: You’re comfortable navigating different software systems and have a solid handle on Excel.
- Communication Skills: You’re happy to jump on the phone to resolve a query or explain a process clearly.
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in accuracy and notice the small things others might miss.
- Initiative: You enjoy a role where you can investigate a problem and find a solution rather than just following a checklist.
