... - Lead the entire tender lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to timely final submission—while continuously improving bidding processes
- Generate precise costings from first-principle build-ups and conduct detailed quantity take-offs
- Apply strong technical knowledge of infrastructure works and methodologies to define project scopes and strategic pricing
- Collaborate cross-functionally to craft compelling, high-quality tender documents that effectively communicate the company’s value proposition
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations, cross-check quantities to prevent omissions, and assess cost impacts (including value engineering and variations)
- Manage, guide, and mentor the Quantity Surveying (QS) team to ensure high performance and accuracy under tight deadlines
skills & experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction/Civil Management
- Minimum 15 years of tendering and costing management in either Infra/M&E/Building Projects
- Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel
- Proven track record of leading successful bids and securing new business
- Deep commercial acumen, including expertise in contract law and negotiation strategies
