  • key responsibilities

    As an Account Manager in this role you will be responsible for:

    • Adopting a client-oriented approach by actively listening to customers and providing them with the best possible offers and tailored solutions that suit their needs
    • Initiating proactive contact with existing customers to ensure timely renewals and secure long-term cooperation
    • Driving commercial performance with a strong focus on results to maximize the overall sales renewal rate
    • Exhibiting a high level of ownership while closely monitoring all necessary operational steps to manage the overall client relationship
    • Acting as the customers’ advocate within the organization, building consensus across internal departments, and effectively handling complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels
    • Utilizing sound judgement to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day tasks, demonstrating flexibility by getting involved in non-selling activities whenever needed
    • Acquiring deep knowledge about our clients with speed and agility to continuously elevate service quality and delivery
    • Keeping abreast of the latest developments, disruptive trends, and market shifts within the Fleet Management and Automotive Industry
    • Contributing actively to technical development, process optimization, and overall improvement of services within your own or related business areas
    • Implementing the loyalty framework and executing the structured annual plan of client visits to strengthen retention

  • experience

    • At least 3 years experience in an equivalent level, preferably in B2B services

    • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
    • Customer Service Mentality
    • Effective on rapport building
    • Challenger with strong negotiation skills
    • Analyze conflicting situations and take action
    • Ability to present effectively
    • Ability to use common sense in problem solving.
    • Ability to work under pressure and take decisions quickly.

  • qualifications

    • Proven experience in B2B Sales or Account Management (experience in the Energy,Telecom & Utilities sector will be considered a strong asset)
    • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field
    • Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
    • Adequate knowledge of Automotive industry
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent command of both the Greek and English languages
