A leading global industrial solutions provider with WA as their Asia Pacific hub is seeking a motivated and commercially astute Sales Representative to join their team in Welshpool, Western Australia. This full-time role focuses on driving profitable growth by managing and growing established accounts across the region.
The Role
The successful candidate will report to the National Sales Manager and serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their technical and commercial requirements are met with precision. Locally, there is a cutting edge facility with a team of 60 to help support you including customer service, engineering and back office functions.

... - Developing and implementing account strategies to achieve set sales budgets and growth objectives.
- Maintaining a proactive customer engagement plan, including regular in-person visits and structured call plans.
- Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Managing the full sales lifecycle, from preparing client presentations to ensuring business negotiations protect the company’s interests.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated professional with a "can-do" attitude and a commitment to safety and quality service.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and experience maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Ability to analyze and interpret information to provide value-add solutions.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- A current driver’s licence is mandatory.
- Tertiary or post-graduate qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
- A high standard of personal conduct and a professional appearance.
