As a Account Manager in this role you will be responsible for:

• Developing new business B2B opportunities and managing the end-to-end onboarding process through cross-functional collaboration.
• Operating at the heart of the action, with daily field presence in offices, companies, or production plants.
• Building a strong sales pipeline through market mapping, continuous client visits, and strategic sales planning.
• Holding responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients, leading joint business planning, and maintaining positive, long-term customer relationships.
• Preparing sales contracts, monitoring the contract procedure, and ensuring seamless execution.
• Supplying management with weekly and monthly activity reports, market feedback, and updates on competitive activities.

• At least 2 years experience in Sales / Account Management role.

• Ability to solve complex problems, rather than highlight them
• Ability to analyze data and draw logical, actionable conclusions

• A valid driver’s license.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of both the Greek and English languages.
