key responsibilities
As an accountant at this role you will:
- Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry tasks
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Communicate with vendors and banks regarding financial matters
- Prepare payment proposals and processing of payments
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation
- Support the Tax & Accounting Supervisor in ad hoc projects
experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting
qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of the local accounting regulations, policies and procedures
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
