The responsibilities for this accountant role are the following:

• Record and monitor accounting entries accurately and consistently
• Reconcile customers, suppliers, and bank accounts
• Prepare and execute bank payments and handle daily financial transactions
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings, financial statements, and audit documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare financial and management reports as required
• Communicate and coordinate with external partners (auditors, tax advisors, legal consultants, etc.)
• Support administrative and operational tasks related to the family’s financial and business activities

4–6 years of relevant professional experience in an accounting role

• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in an accounting role
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
• Experience with Pylon Business Accountant software and Benefit Software will be considered an asset
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
