On behalf of our client, a globally recognized tech leader and one of Europe’s fastest-growing firms—we are seeking a versatile Accounting & Administration Officer.
This is more than just a desk job. You will join the "ramp-up" phase of a brand-new factory environment in Belgium. You won't just be managing numbers; you will be laying the foundation for HR and administrative processes from scratch. This is a high-visibility role where your initiative directly impacts the success of a major industrial project.
1. Finance & Accounting (Precision & Control)
- Manage daily bookkeeping and accurate data entry within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Support inventory accounting and perform warehouse stock reconciliations.
- Handle customer and supplier invoicing, including processing via the PEPPOL network.
- Assist with monthly/annual closings and ensure compliant Intrastat declarations.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse operations on financial and cost-related matters.
2. HR & Administration (Compliance & Structure)
- Build and maintain the local HR administration in line with Belgian labor law.
- Act as the local point of contact for social legislation, benefits, and absences.
- Liaise with external payroll providers, HR advisors, and social secretariats.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding and contract management.
