業務内容
■Role OverviewYou will oversee Japan accounting operations, lead monthly close, manage a 3-member team, ensure USGAAP and SOX compliance, and drive local ERP (SAP S/4HANA) enhancement projects in close collaboration with APAC finance leadership.■Main tasks include:・Lead Japan end-of-month financial close (4-day close) and balance sheet reconciliations・Manage daily bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and AP/AR payment reviews・Ensure compliance with local statutory reporting, audits, USGAAP, and SOX standards・Drive process improvement initiatives and lead the Japan SAP S/4HANA enhancement project・Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for the 3-member accounting team・Partner with internal business leads and the APAC Finance Lead to support business growth#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

求められる経験
■Requirements
・Business-level or higher English and Japanese communication skills
・Proven experience managing complex accounting processes and reconciliations
・Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
・Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent)
