We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) Officer to join our team in Vapi, Gujarat. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on formulation and analytical development.
Responsibilities:- Conduct formulation development studies for new pharmaceutical products.
- Perform analytical method development and validation according to regulatory guidelines.
- Execute stability studies and analyze results to ensure product quality and shelf-life.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing analytical methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and prepare technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical analytical development.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B-Pharma) degree.
- Up to 4 years of experience in Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) within the pharmaceutical (pharma) sector.
- Proficiency in core skills including formulation, ADL, Analytical Development, and general pharmaceutical knowledge.
- Strong understanding of analytical techniques and instrumentation used in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
