Working closely with leadership, you’ll contribute across a variety of functions—from coordinating proposals and onboarding new hires to supporting bookkeeping and payroll activities. In this small team environment, your ability to stay organized, proactive, and detail-focused will have a direct impact on overall operations.

•Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership

•Manage office operations (supplies, software subscriptions, renewals)
•Support onboarding of new hires (documentation, setup)
•Track compliance (safety requirements, security clearances)
•Manage accounts payable, invoices, and payments
•Track timesheets and expenses
•Support payroll processing (ADP is an asset)
•Set up and maintain project records
Qualifications
•Experience in administrative or office support roles
•Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge
•Payroll experience is an asset
•Strong organization and attention to detail
•Ability to manage multiple priorities
•Proficient in Microsoft Office
•Social media experience (LinkedIn) is an asset
