As an Administrative Assistant, you will report to the Merchandising Manager and play a crucial role in Contract Administration during the go-live of a project. This project aims to amend the intercompany administration process within the Cargill Oilseeds processing business and the Cargill Oils Food business. You will work in a small team.
- Uploading contract detail reports within two Cargill business groups within SAP.
- Checking and reconciling these uploads to ensure correctness.
- Contract entry, amendment, and cancellation.
- Communicating and collaborating with the project team and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and hunt down issues.
- Various other administrative tasks and continuous improvement tasks in contract administration.
