What will you do
As a Procurement Administrative Assistant, you are the indispensable link within the purchasing department. You support the team with all administrative processes involved in the procurement of goods and services. Your tasks include:
- Accurately processing and following up on purchase orders
- Staying in contact with internationsl suppliers.
- Guarding the time of delivery and handling discrepancies
- Working together with other departments
Where will you work
You will be working for one of the world's largest logistics service providers at their modern facility in the Eindhoven region. This is not a role where you simply enter data; you will be part of an innovative, international environment where everything revolves around speed and precision.
