This critical position is based at a major hub in Willawong, operating on a reliable Monday to Friday night shift schedule. To ensure a seamless fit, our client is offering a highly lucrative engagement model: you will start on a premium hourly contract rate ($46.04/hr) before smoothly transitioning into a secure, permanent salary package of up to $100,000 inclusive of super. Key Areas of Accountability

• Fleet Allocation: Coordinate and allocate fleet resources in real-time to meet complex operational, commercial, and customer requirements.

• Documentation & Admin: Manage bookings, manifest paperwork, and delivery documentation to enable accurate service delivery.

• Systems Management: Update job requests in SAP and support operational reporting and KPI data tracking.

• Safety & Compliance: Monitor fleet deployment, conduct regular yard walks, perform compliance checks, and uphold a strict, world-class safety culture.

• Communication: Proactively liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service updates are delivered efficiently.

Are You the One?

We are seeking an organised, motivated logistics professional who understands the mechanics of large-scale transport operations and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. To be successful, you will bring:

• Current or recently completed formal studies in Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

• Proven, hands-on experience in transport operations, fleet allocation, or scheduling.

• A strong, demonstrable understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management, and heavy vehicle compliance.

• Confidence navigating enterprise systems, specifically SAP, alongside a strong aptitude for technology.

• Clear, confident communication skills and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
