LOCATION: Gatineau, Qc (hybrid)
SCHEDULE: working onsite 5 days per week

Responsibilities
Assisting clients in managing their participation requests for subsidy programs administered by company, particularly for the dual-energy program;
Processing participation requests and following up on them;
Participating in follow-up meetings on participation files with stakeholders;
Managing payments, performing follow-up and reconciliation of reimbursement requests;
Designing and implementing tools to effectively coordinate and manage administrative files;
Any other related tasks.
Qualifications
1.) Strong attention to detail and accuracy
2.) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
3.) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
4)Must be fluent in communicate with French/ English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
