Your contribution (key responsibilities and accountabilities)
To be successful in this role you will:
... - Perform high-speed, accurate data entry and computer-based processing using specialised management systems.
- Scan, organise, and prepare documents while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
- Meet performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure all documents are processed within established timeframes.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and assist on the front counter when required.
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Work closely with team members and managers to support various projects and initiatives.

- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt quickly to new software.
