Support the department's Principal Human Resources Advisor (PHRA) through the delivery of key organisational capability strategies through research, policy and data analysis across the following disciplines:

• Strategic Human Resource Management
• Workforce Planning
• Employee Relations
• Professional Development
• Recruitment and Selection
• Workplace Injury and Rehabilitation Case Management
• Policy
• Procedure

Key Deliverable

Contribute to the development and implementation of specific strategies, frameworks and systems to achieve real and measurable change and cultural improvements including:

• Human Resources Framework
• Training Framework
• Performance Framework
• Culture and Wellbeing Strategy
• HR policies and procedures

Key Capabilities

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to developing plans and strategies with the ability to think creatively in a changing environment.
• Knowledge and experience across a range of strategic workforce domains including but not limited to strategic workforce planning, capability development, organisational development, change management and equity and diversity.
• Strong coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.
