about the job
This part-time engagement offers a flexible schedule of 34 hours per week with a monthly salary of up to S$/3600.
Orchestrate the complete sales order lifecycle from initial verification through to final fulfillment for the regional market.
Coordinate with Tier-1 ERP systems to manage hardware and software returns and maintain accurate departmental records.
Act as a primary liaison between internal material planners and external logistics providers to optimize shipment schedules and resolve supply challenges.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to ensure operational goals and compliance standards are met.
Drive revenue targets by prioritizing urgent order requests and providing proactive shipment updates to global stakeholders.
skills and experience required.
Professional fluency in Japanese and English is required to facilitate seamless communication and documentation for regional business needs. Most of their customers / stakeholders and 3rd party vendors speak Native Japanese only
Proven track record in order administration or logistics coordination, preferably within a multinational manufacturing or trading environment.
Proficiency in managing complex data within financial business systems and advanced capabilities in electronic spreadsheet tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high volumes of tasks while maintaining strict attention to detail.
