Our client is a prominent global leader within the FMCG sector and they are looking for a Regional Finance Controller to join them.

about the job.

Reporting to the Global Finance Director, you will lead the APAC finance function, overseeing a team across key markets to ensure fiscal transparency and operational excellence across multiple regional sites. As a key strategic partner to stakeholders, you will drive the full accounting cycle, regional quarterly forecasting, and annual budget planning. Exercising significant autonomy, you will navigate complex regional challenges and align reporting standards for both internal and external stakeholders. Beyond technical oversight, you will be responsible for talent development and team mentorship. We are seeking an resourceful, adaptable and commercially minded problem-solver who enjoys working in ambiguous complex environments.

skills and experience required.

The successful candidate should hold a recognized degree in a relevant financial discipline, supported by at least 8 years of related experience. Candidates coming from consumer related industries will be highly advantageous.
