■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree or above in HR or a related field.
・6+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on Talent Management, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.
・Demonstrated experience as an HRBP in a global organization with diverse business models.
・Proven expertise in Organizational Design and Talent Management.
・Experience working in large global or international organizations.
・Fluent in English and Japanese (written and spoken).
