Reporting into the Managing Director (Regional), you will lead a team of 3 - 4 as the Head of Department and be responsible for providing HR management guidance, advisory and support across the APAC market. In addition, you will:
- Provide HR advisory and end to end HR support to the regional businesses including talent acquisition, talent management / succession planning, compensation & benefits, learning & development and HR operations
- Act as a business partner and role model to ensure HR supports the company’s wellness and people-based goals, driving an active / collaborative culture and strong DNA
- Actively collaborate with regional leadership team to develop region and market-specific policies
- Conduct HR orientation and all new hires in the region; including policy overviews and new hire documents
- Maintain high service delivery standards across all functions of HR, engaging actively with the company’s global HR team to ensure Best Practices are shared across all markets

skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines
- At least 10+ years experience in HR Business Partnering and Operations, regional experience is essential
- Track record in supporting organisation change, re-designing of HR processes and procedures
- A strong team player; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys a collaborative environment and an aptitude for driving wellness and culture
- Strong knowledge of local employment law, with pragmatic approach to HR and the ability to find commercial solutions in line with best practice and firm strategy
- Pro-active and task oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills
