Responsibilities:1. Sourcing and Negotiation - Lead sourcing opportunities, which includes conducting RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and direct negotiations. - Involve in using market research to make informed sourcing decisions and ultimately negotiating and implementing contractual agreements.2. Relationship Management- Responsible for building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with both internal stakeholders (clients) and external vendors. - Ensures that the company's needs are met and that the vendor base is managed effectively.3. Strategic Planning- Contribute to the development and execution of supply strategies for multiple categories, with a primary focus on areas like Facilities Management, Capex works, and Human Resources. - Continuously reviewing strategic plans with the rest of the Sourcing Team to improve service to the company.4. Vendor and Contract Management- Manage the vendor base to ensure both contractual compliance and financial efficiency. 5. Requirements:
1. Experience and Category Expertise
At least 10 years of experience in a strategic sourcing.
Prior experience in specific categories like Facilities Management, Capex, Marketing, Human Resources, and Professional Services.

2. Commercial and Negotiation Skills
Solid understanding of contract law and applicable legislation. Experience with competitive market analysis and managing supplier performance is also essential.

3. Language and Communication Proficiency
Fluent English and Japanese both written and speaking.

4. Project Management and Leadership
Project management experience - ability to make strong decisions and effectively interact with all levels of management in a cross-functional environment.
