- Realizar a colheita manual de cerejas diretamente da árvore, garantindo o cuidado com a planta.
- Fazer a triagem e seleção primária da fruta.
- Acondicionar as cerejas nas caixas de transporte de forma correta para evitar danos.
- Cumprir com as normas de higiene e segurança alimentar da exploração.
