Randstad is currently seeking an experienced Case Manager to join a high-performing team.

Position Purpose

The Case Manager provides essential leadership and oversight for a team of program case managers. This role is responsible for managing workflows, ensuring quality assurance, and providing high-level advice on program administration and legislative compliance. The position plays a critical role in addressing workforce distribution through the management of complex participant agreements and policy enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• With limited direction, lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of case managers to deliver timely and accurate results.
• Manage team workflows, provide support for information requests, and handle escalated or complex policy enquiries.
• Prepare high-quality briefs, correspondence, reports, and other documents to provide advice on program administration.
• Act as a key point of contact to establish and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage participant agreements in line with program principles and contribute to corporate planning and reporting processes.

Essential Selection Criteria

• Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for a team’s work, mentor others, and contribute effectively to broader organisational outcomes.
• Strong experience in program management, including the use of analytical skills to make evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to think strategically to resolve complex issues while managing competing priorities.
• Experience working within legislative frameworks and a broad understanding of the Australian health or social services sector.

• Australian Citizen.
• Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
• Baseline Clearance.
