Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys alongside analytical duties (air testing, fibre counting, 4-stage clearances).
- Utilising next-generation automated software to record site data seamlessly.
- Interfacing with key corporate, institutional, and Tier-1 clients professionally.
- Maintaining strict UKAS quality and health & safety compliance standards.

About You:
- Dual-qualified holding BOHS P402, P403, and P404 (or RSPH Level 3 equivalents).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Active CTC or SC Security Clearance is a major advantage (if not held, the client will fast-track your clearance application).
- A tech-forward mindset and a desire to work with smarter, quicker reporting tools.
