The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively manage the diaries, correspondence, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare high-level documents, including briefings and agendas, and conduct research to ensure executives are fully prepared for all meetings.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with all staff, Board members, the Minister's Office, and other key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and respond to complex issues, providing solutions and keeping executives informed of critical matters.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven previous experience in an Executive Support position essential.
- Experience within the public sector will be highly regarded
- Exceptional Communication: High-level written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Discretion & Professionalism: The ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues with tact, diplomacy, and integrity.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to work autonomously, use your initiative, and implement effective solutions to changing work situations.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level digital literacy skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and able to pick up new systems.
- Must hold a Police Clearance within 12 months
