Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert operational HR advice and guidance in accordance with relevant industrial instruments, directives, and policies.
- Provide practical coaching to line management on employee relations, performance management, and organisational change.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to deploy workforce improvement solutions across a complex, multi-disciplinary setting.
- Review and support HR management systems, procedures, and governance arrangements.
- Develop and contribute to the implementation of programs and projects that enable performance improvement.
About You
Essential:
- Proven capability in identifying stakeholder requirements and delivering effective HR service responses.
- Strong working knowledge of contemporary human resource management practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to gain trust and facilitate change.
- Strong understanding of relevant workplace legislation, including WHS and Return to Work frameworks.
- Prior experience within SA Public Sector framework.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations, performance matters, and disputes.
