Key Responsibilities
- Precision Assembly: Accurately assemble high-quality louvres according to technical specifications and workshop drawings.
- Tool Operation: Safely and skillfully operate a variety of hand and power tools (e.g., drills, rivet guns, drop saws) to cut, prep, and fasten components.
- Quality Control: Maintain an exceptional eye for detail to ensure all finished components meet exact standards and are free of defects.
- Material Handling: Measure, align, and fit aluminum or timber components accurately before final assembly.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in louvre assembly (essential).
- Tool Proficiency: Strong, confident experience using standard workshop power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for precision, correct measurements, and high-quality finishes.
- Work Ethic: Strong reliability, a proactive attitude, and the physical stamina required for a fast-paced workshop environment.
Schedule & Hours
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Hours: 7.5 hours per day (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
- Start Date: Immediate / Imminent
