- Technical background: secondary vocational education (MBO level 2+) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive or Electronics. Or relevant assembly experience.
- Analytical skills: ability to read technical drawings, parts lists, and pneumatic or electrical schematics.
- Professionalism: highly accurate, quality-oriented, and keen attention to detail.
From the raw components to a fully operational machine, you build the technology of tomorrow. Your day-to-day includes:
- Assembly: assembling and mounting high-end machines, mechatronic modules, or sub-assemblies from technical drawings.
- System integration: mounting and connecting components.
- Fine-tuning & testing: precisely adjusting, aligning, and testing built installations to ensure flawless operation.
- Quality control: detecting dimensional deviations and ensuring every end product meets strict quality standards.
- Collaboration & continuous improvement: suggesting process or design enhancements to optimize assembly.
