Your responsibilities in this assistant accountant position will include:

• Support the Senior Accountant in day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Process payments and ensure accuracy of information.
• Review and reconcile bank statements, and other financial records.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and management reports.
• Maintain accurate records and files.
• Communicate with various stakeholders as necessary (located mostly outside Greece).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant.
• Be part of the Family Office team and collaborate well with all team members.

2-4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.

• 2-4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent command in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and team spirit.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
