key responsibilities
- Prospecter et développer activement un portefeuille de clients professionnels, notamment auprès de la grande distribution, des centrales d'achat et des magasins indépendants.
- Présenter nos gammes de produits dans le showroom, conseiller la clientèle et élaborer des offres commerciales adaptées.
- Négocier les conditions commerciales, enregistrer les commandes et assurer le suivi logistique pour garantir une satisfaction optimale.
- Participer occasionnellement à des salons professionnels en Belgique et à l'étranger afin de promouvoir nos nouveautés et conquérir de futurs partenaires.
qualifications
- Expérience probante d'au moins deux ans dans une fonction commercial B2B.
- Maîtrise impérative du français et de l'anglais, la connaissance du néerlandais, de l'espagnol ou de l'italien constituant un véritable atout.
- Aisance avec les outils Microsoft 365 et gestion courante via un logiciel ERP ou de gestion interne.
- Sens aigu de la négociation, autonomie, rigueur et réactivité dans la relation client.
