Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
Provides administrative and coordination support to the Integrated Management System (IMS), Quality Assurance (QA), and Safety Management System (SMS):
Advantages
Status: Full-time (37.5 hours / week) Monday to Friday
Location: Saint-Laurent (Montréal, QC)
Salary: $51,000 / year ($26.15 / hour)
Work Mode: On-site (1 day/week remote after probation period)
Responsibilities
Meeting Coordination: Prepare invitations, agendas, and bilingual meeting minutes (English/French) for bi-weekly SMS, operations, and departmental meetings, as well as monthly OHS meetings.
SMS Data & Reporting: Create, update, log, and track SMS reports in the database, and prepare monthly summary reports for management.
Compliance Tracking: Maintain employee training records and ensure compliance with IMS training requirements.
Departmental Support: Support the Integrated Management System & Flight QA Manager and perform general administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
Languages: Fully bilingual in written and spoken English and French (Inuktitut is an asset). (for communication with colleagues outside of canada)
Education: College diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
Software/Tech: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and strong database/data entry skills.
Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, autonomy, problem-solving ability, and discretion with confidential information.
Assets: Prior experience in quality assurance or the aviation industry.
