You will support a fast-growing marketing team, working closely with the Senior Manager to plan, execute, and optimize high-impact marketing initiatives. The team values staying on top of social and cultural trends to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.

Content Planning: You will plan and draft digital marketing content across various channels, including social media, video, and landing pages, ensuring messaging resonates with target audiences.
Campaign Management: Support the Senior Manager in planning integrated campaigns, covering concepting, customer segmentation, channel selection, and KPI planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and creative agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, maintain brand alignment, and achieve measurable impact.
Insights & Trends: Analyze ongoing social trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for creative angles and inform future strategies.
Performance Review: Continuously review campaign performance to improve content effectiveness and media efficiency.
skills & experiences required.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or content creation.
Industry Focus: Experience within the financial, insurance, or fintech industry is preferred.
Communication: Strong writing skills with the ability to transform complex product offerings into simple, engaging narratives.
Creative & Analytical: Possess a solid sense of visual design and storytelling , combined with a strong analytical mindset.
Organization: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills: Experience with social media management, paid media, or performance marketing is a plus.
