Overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, facilitating employee movements and offboarding to ensure a seamless experience for employees
Conducting background checks and coordinating with the vendor to receive timely reports

Talent Acquisition
Liaise with HRBPs and hiring managers to drive the internal talent capacity building process for roles across the organization,
Efficient coordination with all stakeholders involved in the recruitment lifecycle to ensure hiring TATs are maintained,
Maintaining recruitment MIS and publishing dashboards to track and report Talent Acquisition process metrics.
HR Business Partnering
Ensure efficient & seamless implementation of Employee Reward & Recognition programs at both individual & team levels.
Support training initiatives by coordinating training sessions and tracking employee development plans
Assist HRBPs in the preparation and publishing of required reports and dashboards
Render support in the implementation of employee engagement diagnostics (surveys, Focus Group Discussions) & initiatives to address critical gaps & concerns around engagement at the workplace.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with significant responsibilities in areas such as HR operations lifecycle management, recruiting, employee relations, and compliance.
Candidates with experience in HR business partner/ generalist role will be given preference.
Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to handle confidential HR information with discretion.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively.
