• Languages: You speak good English. This is the main language on the work floor. Dutch is a big advantage.

Active Ants manages the logistics for more than 150 famous webshops. As an Assistant Team Leader, you are the key person on the floor.

• Lead & Coach: You guide the employees and give clear instructions.
• Keep Overview: You organize the daily tasks and make sure the team hits the targets.
• Work Together: You stand among your team. You help on the floor to see where the process can improve.
• Optimize: You find faster and better ways to work. You share your improvement ideas with the Team Leader.
