- Identify and engage top-tier finance professionals through market mapping and social sourcing.
- Conduct face-to-face and video interviews to assess candidate suitability for global clients.
- Build a deep understanding of the HK financial market (CPA, Tax, Treasury, and Audit).
- Support Senior Consultants in executing recruitment mandates for prestigious MNCs.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from sourcing to successful placement.
skills & experience required.
- Recent University Degree (any discipline; Finance or Business is a plus).
- Native/Fluent Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly regarded.
- Passion in business development, sales and networking
- Strong commercial acumen and the resilience to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Outstanding communication skills and a professional corporate presence.
- A "growth mindset" with a desire to build a long-term career in professional services.
