• Executing hands-on analyses with a primary emphasis on Liquid Chromatography (LC), supporting product characterization, release, and stability testing.
• Actively performing and supporting analytical method development, qualification, and validation processes.
• Conducting the scientific evaluation and accurate interpretation of all generated results and stability data.
• Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant regulatory regulations, analytical methods and specifications, GMP, and safety guidelines.
• Maintaining high-quality standards for all experiments and taking full accountability for these results.
• Working within the peptide team and being flexible to take on other projects and tasks as required.

We are looking for a dedicated and collaborative professional who meets the following criteria:

Education: You hold a Master’s degree in Science or a Bachelor’s degree complemented by significant, relevant professional experience.

Technical Expertise: You demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in Liquid Chromatography (LC).

Experience: Proven experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), analytical method development, and a background in drug development, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences is required. (A Biomedical background is not the ideal match for these techniques).

Mindset: You are customer-focused, results-driven, and possess a strong sense of urgency. You are highly accurate, have an eye for detail, and the ability to maintain a helicopter view to prioritize tasks effectively.

Collaboration: You can work independently and are also a strong collaborative team player with a positive "can-do" attitude.

Language: You are proficient in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.

Preferred: Experience working with peptides is considered a significant advantage.
