Depending on the level you are applying for, you’ll generally need:
Trade Qualification: A Cert III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).
Experience: Previous experience in a dealership or independent workshop environment.
License: A current, valid manual driver’s license.
Attitude: A pride in your workmanship and a "team first" mentality.
Leadership Skills: (For Lead/Manager roles) Proven ability to motivate a team and manage KPIs.
