key responsibilities
As a B2B Account Manager - Luxury Products in this role you will be responsible for:
- Analyze client briefs and collaborate with our creative team to present tailored, premium proposals that perfectly balance aesthetics, quality, and brand alignment
- Act as the primary point of contact for large corporate clients, maintaining deep relationships to retain and organically grow their annual budget allocation
- Proactively identify, approach, and convert new corporate accounts through strategic outreach and sophisticated pitching
- Confidently negotiate and present bespoke solutions to HR Directors, Marketing Managers, and C-suite executives
experience
at least 3 year experience in B2B sales, ideally in luxury products or services
skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking with excellent communication skills
- Ability to solve complex problems, rather than highlight them
- Ability to analyze data and draw logical, actionable conclusions
- Ability to prioritize work and strong sense of accountability for projects and goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B Sales or Account Management (experience in luxury products/ services will be considered a strong asset)
- Exposure to luxury services, premium product sectors, high-end hospitality, or corporate concierge is highly desired
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of both the Greek and English languages
