As part of the Belux Commercial Operations department, you will sit within the Omni Contact team and report to the B2B E-commerce Manager. You will be responsible of the digital B2B Content and to support the development of the Coca-Cola European Partners online platform for B2B customers. In close collaboration with the other departments: Commercial Development, Central teams, Field Sales & BPT, your main missions will be:

1. CONTENT MANAGEMENT
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across departments to collect and structure content, by attending stakeholder meetings and lead brainstorming sessions to strategize future content plans.
- Develop clear and complete briefings for external copywriter and the -internal- graphics department, ensuring all digital content is B2B-friendly and effectively communicates key information to customers.
- Liaise with the involved working teams (Commercial Development & Field Sales) and coordinates activities to ensure that the content is up to date and accurate and execute the regular update and maintenance task when it comes to content (banner, promo, product image, product listing, …) of the platform.
2. PLATFORM SET UP & ANALYSIS
- Manage the setup and publishing of all content on the ecommerce platform ensuring a smooth and accurate setup.
- Analyze content performance using Google Analytics 4 (clicks, banner views, article engagement) and generate insights for optimization.
- Continuously improve content effectiveness and digital connections with our customers by leveraging data-driven decisions.
- Conduct monthly testing of the platform to ensure content related functionality accuracy and working.
3. USER EXPERIENCE
- Gatekeeper of the User Experience.
- Makes concrete recommendations on how to improve / secure new developments & digital Communication are user friendly.
- Increases customer satisfaction against CCEP’s digital content measured through internal satisfaction survey.
- Answers incoming internal and external questions within the defined SLA.
