key responsibilities
As a B2B Sales Representative in this role you will be responsible for:
- Identifying, approaching, and securing new B2B low-voltage clients (e.g., small retail shops, small offices, SOHO, SMEs)
- Presenting and selling standardized electricity products and tariffs tailored to business needs
- Expanding client portfolios in a second phase by promoting natural gas solutions and energy products to existing business owners
- Building a strong sales pipeline through market mapping, continuous client visits, and strategic sales planning
- Holding responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients, leading joint business planning, and maintaining positive, long-term customer relationships
- Preparing sales contracts, monitoring the contract procedure, and ensuring seamless execution
- Supplying management with weekly and monthly activity reports, market feedback, and updates on competitive activities
experience
at least 1 year experience in B2B sales
skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking with excellent communication skills
- Ability to solve complex problems, rather than highlight them
- Ability to analyze data and draw logical, actionable conclusions
- Ability to prioritize work and strong sense of accountability for projects and goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B Sales (experience in the Energy & Utilities sector will be considered a strong asset)
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- A highly motivated, self-starter mentality with a passion for energy sales
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of both the Greek and English languages
