As a B2B Sales Representative in this role, you will be responsible for:

• Executing the weekly client visit schedule based on the approved portfolio, recording observations, and following up on pending actions.
• Managing collections and credit policy implementation, notifying the Area Manager and Credit Control regarding high-risk accounts.
• Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new business clients within the assigned territory.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints in collaboration with the Area Manager and relevant internal departments (R&D, Logistics, Accounting, etc.).
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and ongoing projects, recommending Technical Support involvement whenever necessary.

1–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, preferably within building materials or a related

• Developing client trust

• Fluent proficiency in Greek and good command of English (B2 level).
• Valid Driver’s License (Category B)
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, preferably within building materials or a related technical sector.
• Solid understanding of B2B sales principles and proficiency in MS Office (quotations and pricing calculations).
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Entersoft Mobile) or relevant ERP software.
