As a B2B Sales Specialist your duties will be the following:

• Proactively develop and maintain a portfolio of large B2B clients (industrial, commercial, and public) by promoting electricity and natural gas products in alignment with corporate strategy.
• Strictly implement approved commercial policies and sales programs to consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Manage the entire contract process, including negotiation, documentation, archiving, and monitoring compliance with terms, pricing, and warranties.
• Maintain regular contact with key accounts to assess needs and satisfaction levels, using data-driven insights to improve service and resolve complaints.
• Collaborate with leadership to define regional strategies and provide market feedback to help refine commercial policies and sales campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal departments to prepare timely, competitive, and compliant offers for public (ESIDIS) and private sector tender procedures.
• Partner with the finance department to monitor the timely fulfillment of client financial obligations, including credit recovery and invoicing accuracy.
• Provide reports on sales KPIs and other performance indicators to the Head of B2B Sales to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain deep knowledge of energy contract parameters to verify billing accuracy and provide expert guidance to customers on complex energy products.
• Participate in internal training, system improvements (CRM), and departmental initiatives to ensure organizational efficiency.
