Key Role Responsibilities:
· Partner with functional leaders to identify process gaps and automation opportunities within GSC and Logistics functions.
· Analyse end-to-end processes to quantify digitization opportunities and prepare detailed business cases.
· Translate business requirements into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and user stories for Group IT and development teams (including vendors, as needed).
· Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and developers to ensure digital solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
· Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process efficiency, automation ROI, and system adoption.
· Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles to validate and refine solutions.
· Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of technologies such as RPA, analytics dashboards, and workflow digitization tools.
· Support change management and training initiatives to enable smooth rollout and adoption of new digital processes.
· Document and optimize end-to-end processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and standardization across teams.
· Monitor solution implementation to ensure deliverables meet defined business and operational objectives.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
· Act as a liaison between operations and technology teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
· Present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies:
· 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Shared Services/GSC.
· Good understanding of Finance, HR, Freight Forwarding, and other back-office processes.
· Experience in process automation, digitization, and data analytics.
· Strong skills in process mapping, requirement gathering, and BRD preparation.
· Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Oracle fusion modules, and automation tools.
· Proficiency in process documentation tools like MS Visio.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to think strategically and deliver measurable outcomes.
Education & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering / finance, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
Preferred:
· Experience working in a Shipping, Supply chain Management, Freight forwarding, Logistics, finance environment.
· Familiarity with emerging trends in automation technologies (AI/ML Power Platform)
· Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
