back office finance associate.

As a Back Office Finance Associate you will be responsible to:

• Provide administrative support to the insurance services
• Support and respond efficiently to service calls and claims of bank branch network. 
• Provide data and guides to help the sales team and all teams involved
• Develop and monitor performance indicators in excel sheets and company's CRM system
• Keep records of daily operations and report on important information using pivot tables
• Ensure collection and data analysis to support company's processes and create presentations quarterly

1 year experience

• BA degree in economics,statistics and insurance,business administration or stem sciences.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Power user in MS office; excel, power point, word
• Analytical and multitasking skills
