key responsibilities
As a banking customer service representative, your responsibilities will be to:
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Resolve efficiently customer complaints and issues concerning banking activities
- Complete and update customer records and banking system accurately
- Identify and suggest improvements to guarantee customer experience excellence
experience
- At least 1 year of experience in banking customer service support
qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar sector
- Very good knowledge of acquiring processes
- Εxcellent PC skills
- Fluency in Greek and in English
