    We are looking for an assistant for the tax quality department who will manage the quality and risk matters for belgium. Our client is subject to various internal and external regulators. Because of this, you and your department TQ play an essential role in the organization. You will not have to do this alone there is a dynamic and experienced team behind you who are happy to help you further.What is expected of you as an assistant TQ?You will advice professionals on compliance issues related to internal client and engagement acceptance procedures in accordance to our internal policies and external regulations. You will assist in the follow up of compliance activities and provide feedback on outstanding issues to the TQ team.Proactively ensure and monitor ongoing compliance with regulations and their corrective actions in the Tax departmentYou will assist in further embedding a Quality compliance culture within the business true communication and training programs (together with our learning team) to support and provide assistance on various Quality and risk management matters.You will liaise with fee earners and personal assistants to ensure the compliance with our policies and proceduresYou will follow up all formalities related to our professional body ITAA.They expect you to think pro-actively and creatively about ways to enhance Quality and risk effectiveness in our Tax Department.What will you get in return?You will work for a global leader, who has a lot of expierence that they would like to share.
