Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of the tender process from EOI to final submission.
• Collaborate with technical leads to draft, edit, and polish compelling bid responses.
• Utilise the Adobe Suite to ensure all documents are professional, branded, and visually engaging.
• Act as the central point of contact for Project Managers and Executives to gather critical data.
• Maintain and update the library of corporate CVs, project profiles, and technical templates.

About You:

• Prior experience in Tenders, Submissions, or Proposals (Construction or Engineering experience is highly valued).
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and the MS Office Suite.
• Elite level of written and verbal English with a high degree of accuracy.
• The ability to juggle multiple competing deadlines without breaking a sweat.
