Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from patients and healthcare professionals
- Assist patients with product questions, registration, and document submissions
- Troubleshoot account, order, and shipping issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with Health Canada’s medical cannabis regulations
- Identify and flag process improvements to enhance patient experience
- Collaborate with pharmacists and internal teams to support patient care
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required
- 2–3 years of customer service or call center experience, ideally in a healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated setting
- Ability to manage high-volume tasks with accuracy and empathy
- Comfortable using digital platforms, CRMs, and email systems
Nice to have:
- Experience in the medical cannabis, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
- Experience working with secure, sensitive, and private information
- Post-secondary education (healthcare, IT, or customer service) is preferred but not required
